About the Role
Youll be responsible for the management of all feedback and complaints for City & Guilds Business. Youll need to be able to deliver a consistently high level of service, seeking to resolve all customer complaints at the first point of contact.
This will involve:
Finding solutions to complaints by speaking to the customer and having an always professional and can do approach
The systematic management of feedback and complaints to the customers satisfaction
Contact and liaison with the business and colleagues to understand and resolve complaints
Managing yourself against tight SLAs, KPIs and CSI scores
Ensuring all feedback and complaints are accurately recorded and tracked through to resolution
Taking full ownership of all complaints
Using excellent verbal and written communication skills
Identifying trends, risks, issues and malpractice to ensure poor practice does not happen again.
