Administration Assistant (care & Repair)

Company: Together Housing    Location: Wakefield WF1
Permanent | 37 Hours Full Time

The Together Housing Group is looking for an administration assistant to join their Care & Repair team based out of the Wakefield office. The team providers support to a Handyperson service & group adaptations within the wider Asset Management function.

The successful candidate could expect their normal day to day duties to consist of:

Carrying out office administration using MS Office
Dealing with frequent telephone enquiries
To maintain an office diary, appointments & take minutes at any meetings
To input data and maintain monitoring on both internal and external bespoke systems
To input information on and maintain details of all the services
To input data on both QL & Documotive of adaptations carried out to Together housing properties, including guarantees for specialist equipment

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience & qualifications:

Proven experience of working in an office environment, undertaking a range of admin duties
Basic understanding of housing construction, improvements & housing aids
An understanding of the housing needs of older people & those with complex social needs
5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent, one of which must be English
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone as well as via email
