Business Administration Apprentice

Job Summary

Fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-growing company. You will work in a busy office environment with highly skilled staff in all areas of business. As a Business admin apprentice, you will play a pivotal role to ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities throughout the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

The roll will encompass some or all the below areas with a view to progress further in chosen area(s) by the candidate.

  • Dealing with customer queries over the telephone
  • Sending quotes
  • Booking new leads onto our appointment systems
  • Scheduling services in for engineers
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Other general office and administration duties

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 5 GCSEs C and above Including Maths and English.

  • Computer literate
  • Very good at managing workloads
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communicator
