An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, to join our existing multidisciplinary team. The area of support will be Womens Services.The successful applicant will be able to produce accurate work under pressure and be willing to undertake any training requirements that the Manager feels necessary. A strong team member with outstanding organisational and communication skills is essential The post holder should possess RSA typing/word processing or equivalent qualification or experience & sound educational background (4 GCSEs, grade C or above)
Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications, an understanding of data protection and maintaining strict confidentiality in the healthcare setting are all essential together with, excellent organisational and communication skills, flexibility, and good time management. The post holder will work in collaboration with the Secretarial Team to support the service and will work in line with the Trusts access policy.
