The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust Estates Department currently provides an in-house service provision for the Trusts Retained Estate and Estates Capital Programme.

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to Degree Level or have relevant experience in AutoCAD/MiCAD and a good knowledge of MS Office systems. They can demonstrate a track record of delivering drawings, be able to communicate with clients and building users and have excellent Technical/Regulatory knowledge.
The successful candidate will be working with the Trust in house Estates Capital Team and Operational Team as well as relevant Divisional staff within the Trust, to ensure the capital programme is completed to agreed timescales, budget management and to the relevant governance requirements.
The role is demanding and we are seeking someone with experience of the management of change, strong compliance and organisation skills along with the drive and persistence to succeed in delivering the Estates Capital Programme.
