Due to expansion within our Wakefield Branch, an opportunity has arisen for a branch administrator to join our team to offer support across all divisions.
Responsibilities and Duties
This role would suit someone who is looking to gain experience and a foot hold in recruitment. We are looking for someone who can provide a support function to all areas to our Industrial, Driving, and Logistics divisions, gaining valuable knowledge from our experienced recruitment managers.
Day to day requirements will include pre screening candidate CVs, calling potential candidates and matching them to job roles, then booking successful candidates in for Interviews and Inductions. In addition to this, you will be involved in all areas of legal compliance administration, as well as providing assistance to our in house Logistics division and our drivers.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an energetic approach to their role, as well as clear friendly interpersonal skills, and a good level of organization and MS Office skills.
